Voice Recorder Pro is a voice memo app that allows you to catalog your recordings and set up playlists. Set the voice recorder output files to m4a, Wav or 3gp so they may be played on other devices. Set smaller file sizes for memos, or larger files for audio you intend to keep.
Similar to the PC Audio Recorder and Spy Voice Recorder, users can record start at 8kHz and up to 48kHz. With the Voice Recorder Pro, you can also mark important recordings, sort them and share them. The app can also record duel audio tracks if needed.
Is Voice Record Pro free?
You can download and install the voice recorder, and you can open it up. But, if you try using it, the voice recording will be blank. You have to pay to unlock the codec that makes the voice recorder fully functional. There is no free version of this app.
How do you use voice recorder pro?
Once all the features are unlocked, you press the red button to record. Once the recording is over, you can name the file or simply save it using its default name. The recordings are laid out in a file where you can create playlists, share, or delete your recordings.

The app functions are pretty basic considering that they want you to pay for this voice recorder app once you have downloaded it. But, that also means they didn't fill it with bloatware or unnecessary features. If you have a good microphone, then this app can record higher-quality sounds.

This memo app allows you to save in different file types, which means you can fit quite a lot of memos into a single device. This space-saving feature is conspicuously absent in its competitors and is probably this app's biggest selling point. It is easy to use considering that it only has three primary buttons and works similar to the Android and iOS voice recorders.
